Great rates, friendly staff. Within Walking distance to Bob Evans, Mcdonalds, dollar tree, subway, speedway gas station, an a few clothing stores.

Enjoying my stay here for work great staff comfortable beds first place I've stayed where I didn't wake up with my back hurting just wish I could have my dog with me

It was our family’s second time staying at this hotel. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again when visiting friends in the area.

We have housed our field employees at the New Martinsville Inn for over two years now. During this extended time we have stayed, we have had the opportunity to work with many of the hotel staff members and their owners. There are times where we can have 5-9 booked at once. The staff is always friendly and very helpful whether we have a larger crew or just a few employees staying. Even though our field employees don’t spend much time at the hotel, other than to sleep between shifts, our office staff has yet to receive any complaints since we started housing our field employees at the New Martinsville Inn. We look forward to continuing our relationship with the New Martinsville Inn.

Very nice property with excellent location to restaurants as well as walks along the Ohio river. Indoor pool with hot tub looked very nice but we didn’t get the chance to use it. Service was friendly, prompt and efficient. I would definitely stay again.

I have been planning to come to West Virginia for some time now and I am so glad that I was able to come and enjoy West Virginian hospitality and service. I read the reviews and I feel some people just have a nag to complain. I had a great time at the hotel! Sally Loy checked us in Thursday night into our suite and the suite was awesome! I have stayed at many hotels around the world and every hotel room offers different kinds of amenities. In this suite, the room was large. We had a very nice large bathroom, a large kitchenette, a very roomy dining area and seating area, and a nice big jacuzzi. The best part was after driving down from Canada, we were quite thirsty, and our fridge was full of drinks. These drinks are not an extra charge-they come free with the room. We were also a bit hungry, and it was late to find food, so the hotel provided us with some frozen pizza as well. They went out of their way because they believe that the happiness of customers outweighs everything. I stayed at a Hilton in Canada and I did not get housekeeping every day because they had limited service. New Martinsville Inn cleaned my room every day without any request. The room offers a lot of toiletries and in room amenities to make a relaxing comfortable stay. We could even sit at the balcony above the warm indoor pool and enjoy a nice cup of coffee too with popcorn as well. We slept on a King size bed, and we were treated like Kings. We had a nice continental breakfast with danish, donuts, cereal and coffee to help us every morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Laurie checked us out and Jesse us out throughout the weekend for any needs we had. Thanks again -Dr. Bhatti

I had an awesome experience at The Travelers Inn. The owners are super friendly and courteous. The price was absolutely worth it. My room was better than I thought it would be. My room and the facilities all together were very clean and the ice machine worked perfectly. It was in the perfect location because it was only a minute drive to visit my family and also walking distance to the River Trail and several food establishments. I would recommend this hotel and the next time I visit New Martinsville, I’ll gladly stay again.
